We source specialty coffee from Ethiopia’s most respected regions—Guji, Yirgachefe, Sidama, Nekemte, Kaffa, Gesha, and other carefully selected areas across the country—chosen for their unique terroir, altitude, and consistent cup potential.

We produce and export coffee in the formats demanded by global buyers: premium green (raw) coffee beans, and ground coffee. Our coffees are offered in washed, natural, and honey processes, prepared under strict quality control from harvest to shipment. Each lot is handled with discipline to preserve clarity, sweetness, and consistency through careful processing, precise sorting, and export-ready preparation aligned with specialty market expectations.

Village Specialty Coffee operates with full origin capabilities and professional infrastructure. We maintain the facilities and quality systems required to meet premium standards, including dedicated processing capacity, controlled drying systems, proper storage and warehousing, and structured quality assessment procedures. We collect coffee directly from farmers in their villages across Ethiopia’s coffee-producing regions, building transparent supply relationships and connecting these origin coffees to buyers around the world.
